Background/Overview
Established on the 28th of January 2016. Global Starz Holdings (Pty) Ltd is an emerging Property Development in construction and projects management that provides quality service and building materials for school, home constructions, road side maintenance, grass cutting, occupational health and safety services and supply of personal protective equipment.
GSH was established immediately after realizing the fact why South Africa so slow on addressing issues of service delivery for its people even after 20 years in democracy and also in the presence of all resources to can do the work. Infrastructural development is the basis for essential services upon which institutions who their constitutional mandate is to better the lives of people through partnership with private business whom as well committed themselves to satisfying the needs and wants of individuals by making variety of products to be sold to people, thus all are depended on an infrastructure such as roads, water pipes, electricity cables, buildings for the use by clinics, hospitals, schools the list is endless.
GSH stands ready to availing itself in the construction industry and the business in general by taking an active part in joining hands with both small and large entities in a bid to strengthening and defending the gains of trust the country has earned from investors around the globe which is as a result of heroes and heroines who has made remarkable sacrifices. GSH Managing director strongly believes in teamwork as a platform from which skills and new techniques to approach things would be learned.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The Global Starz Holdings (Pty) Ltd was established as a fully fledge legal business by the registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property Commission on the 28th January 2016 with a purpose of joining hands with all other entities who has committed to better the lives of people of South Africa and beyond by rendering services as well supplying and delivering of goods of an acceptable quality standard and at a market competitive price rite at their doorstep.
This company is committed to availing itself to initiatives that are aimed to improving the economic wellbeing of South Africa by actively participating in all the forums called by either the state owned or private sectors in a bid to offering various classic of services of high quality at a reasonable value.
All the work to be contracted to us it is going to be discharged in due diligence and also as per the specifications of client, and where the supply of goods and materials is needed that shall be in accordance with the quality standards as set out by SABS/SANS so it equals the value for money of customer.
Regarding recruitment of labour and staff, that would be done in full observance of gender sensitivity and also that the employed will be fairly remunerated as per the department of labour’s salaries and wages determinations. The enlisting of services of skilful and experienced individuals would be our first priority.

The GSH, despite it being a new comer in the field, its director is an individual who is committed, dedicated and full of passion for being self employer. He’s a founder and director of Isithimbil’EsisavukazanaTrading& General Services (Pty) Ltd, established in 2011. Founder and General Manager of Afro Sounds Promotions cc that was established in 2006.
Founder and Board Member of Ndlelehle Youth Advice & Information Centre (NPO).Founder and Project Manager of ImbizaYamakgono Art Culture & Heritage (NPO).Coordinator of Amatjathangubo Youth Arts & Culture Music Centre (NPO).
He’s involved on many community activities wherein he plays a very crucial role as a leader and with no expectation of personal gains. He is serving as SGB ‘s chairperson for second term and since his involvement the school is greatly improving on its grade-12 results and its governance. He’s a chairperson and founder of Thembisile Hani Progressive Men’s Forum whose purpose is to mobilize men against any form of Domestic and Gender Based Violence.
