As established in April of 2016. SHERQ-SA is a Private Company that is founded and owned by an energetic, enthusiastic, visionary leader and self-motivated entrepreneur whom is passionate about creating business opportunities by bringing solutions where there are difficultiesfor organizations in both the public and private sectors.
The company is 100% black owned by an individual who comes from the previously disadvantaged community, thus it is rated level-1 Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment.
The scope of business is to do both the services and consulting within the health and safety fraternal for both public and private institutions in a bid to fulfill the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety Act, (Act 85 of 1993) by putting in place effective Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Following the objectives of the Health and Safety Act of setting labour standards in order to promote working conditions that will secure the Health and Safety of people whilst at work, the company leadership therefore commit to live by the three primary OBJECTIVES of health and safety management that are:
(a) Primarily to prevent loss of life or limb, injury and ill-health of persons.
(b) Secondly to ensure that employers, workers and contractors do not overstep the law and,
(c) Lastly, to ensure that the country’s economy and the financial wellbeing of employers is not negatively affected by expensive incidents or accidents.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.
The SHERQ-SA (Pty) Ltd was established as a fully fledge legal business by the registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property Commission on the 14th ofApril 2016 for a sole purpose of introducing new business competition within the sector of health and safety. It was established immediately after its founder learned that there is still more people who continue losing their limbs and when others lost their lives as a result of unsafe working conditions that they find themselves under on a daily basis while at work.
This company is committed to availing itself to initiatives that are aimed to improving the economic wellbeing of South Africa by actively participating in all the forums called by either the state owned or private sectors in a bid to offering various classic of services of high quality at a reasonable monitory value.
All the work to be contracted to us it is going to be discharged with due diligence and also as per the specifications of client, and where the supply of goods and materials is needed that shall be in accordance with the quality standards as set out by SABS/SANS so it equals the value for money of customer.
Regarding recruitment of labour and staff, that would be done in full observance of gender sensitivity and also that the employed will be fairly remunerated as per the department of labour’s salaries and wages determinations. The enlisting of services of skillful and experienced individuals would be our first priority

The company is 100% black owned with Black Women being a majority shareholder. Isithimbil’Esisavukazana Trading & General Services is a company established to assist community based entities created by the current economic developments in South Africa.
The company is a member of the Thembisile Business Development Forum (TBDF) which through its networks is mobilising the local businesses to also take part in this economic development.

Isithimbil’Esisavukazana Trading & General Services was registered as a fully fledge business enterprise with the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Properties in 2011by two individuals who come from the previously disadvantaged community, who have decided to come together to enter the industry for a purpose of actively participating in the country’s economy by availing themselves to all institutions in both the private and public sectors, in a bid to offer the various classic of services within the business fraternity.

MUSIC, ART & EVENT MANAGEMENT

Afro Sounds Promotions was established in 2006 with its focus to perform music and other business related activities within the art fraternal. We have many services of different types under one roof, however, each one of them have governance policies that are unique and in line with their area of focus, different management structure, different goals, plans programmes and off course the labour force as well.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.
This enterprise was established by the two go-getters from the previously disadvantaged community who have decided to come together for a purpose of actively participating in the economic growth of this country by availing themselves to both the public and the private sector.
The nature of enterprise is profit making which is mainly depended on savings by investing on capital assets such as land, buildings and earth works. The enterprise also focussing on training and developing its employees so to maintain and consistently improving the quality of service.
Regarding its accounting controls, the management is committed to enlisting the services of professional bookkeepers who will help to ensure there’s sound control measures in place and help the entity examines its books.
The management further commits itself should it have a contract for service, the contracted work will be discharged with due diligent, and in the case of material supply, all the supplies will be in accordance with the quality standards as set out by the SABS.
